Refund Policy

At Travelling Anywhere, we want your purchase to exceed your expectations so that you leave satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must still be unused and in the same condition that it was when you received it. Furthermore, the item must be in its original packaging.

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. You will be provided a return address as well as instructions on how to proceed with the return. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and contact you to inform you of the status of your refund. If we accept your request to return an item, we will immediately begin processing a refund using the same method that you used to purchase the item.

Please keep in mind that delivery costs are not refundable, and the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the amount you are refunded. We have the right to deny a return request if the item being returned is not in the same condition as when it was received, or if the item has been damaged due to inappropriate usage or neglect.
